Explore the Well-being Roadmap
October 2025 marks the launch of the Well-being Roadmap, a year-long initiative led by Wellness Strategist Judy Cline, that will highlight themes and learning opportunities each month. The roadmap is designed to spark conversation, encourage reflection, and promote healthy practices that support student wellness.
The roadmap reflects feedback from past World Mental Health Day Symposiums and ongoing campus conversations. Wellness can look different for everyone — it might include psychological safety, physical activity, social connection, or personal practices. The roadmap offers a starting point and a call to action for students to explore what supports their well-being.
Monthly Themes:
- October – Stigma: Learn ways to break down stigma and unlearn biases. Visit the interactive booth set up in Gracie’s Café from October 27–31 to explore resources and activities.
- November – Wellness Domains: Map your individual wellness and build your wellness skills
- December – Community Connection (Part 1): Reflect on how your peers are assessing their wellness
- January – Refuel and Renew: Setting your wellness boundaries
- February – Community Connection (Part 2): Supporting each other through sharing, connecting, and inspiring
- March – Mental Health is Every day: Strengthening daily wellness habits
- April – Share Your Wisdom: Reflect on what you have learned and how you will carry it forward
Each month will include interactive activities and resources to foster connection, empathy, and care across the University community.
