Email is our favorite way to connect with you, and we're very intentional about sharing content that will help you and make your life easier (and more delicious). I send out 2 emails a week, but you get to decide which ones you want to receive when you join:
- Monday: Alternating between things that bring us joy, like new podcasts we've been loving, books, or recipes, and new recipes that help you get in the protein & fast (think 20g of protein in 20 minutes)
- Thursdays: Alternating between a bi-weekly free meal plan with grocery lists and 30g's email, where we share a breakfast recipe with at least 30g of protein
