• Added logger. Now all errors will be logged to file log.txt.
• New video/episode file will be created and written all together after all the data has been downloaded, until then the downloaded data will stay in temporary memory. By doing this, if the download is interrupted, the downloaded data is automatically cleared and there will be no half downloaded files created.
