This commit addresses:

  • the timeline date correct use of ellipsis
  • ensures the date can use the available space instead of being limited by a hardcoded width (exaggerated example)
  • remove specific Horizon CSS that's no longer needed with this change

Note to future: This css could benefit from a restructure to consolidate styling

@awesomerobot do you see any issues with removing that 4.6 hardcoded width? it's now just taking the max-width of the timeline container
