Concepts
[edit]- Internal photoelectric effect - an extension to the current photoelectric effect article. The current article only discusses the external effect where electrons leave the material. The internal photoelectric effect follows a similar principal but electrons are free within the material creating the internally flowing photo current seen in image sensors and communications photo diodes. - normally-on (normally on) - transistors are considered "normally-on" or "normally-off" depending on their compositional traits.
