- Replace: IES is the largest independent school organisation in Sweden in Grundskolan (the compulsory first nine years of the school system).[4] In 2021-22, IES operates 43 schools in Sweden with around 30,000 students, mainly primary schools with grades 4-9, in Bromma, Borås, Enskede, Eskilstuna, Falun, Gävle, Gothenburg (Krokslätt and Johanneberg), Halmstad, Helsingborg, Hässelby, Hässleholm, Huddinge, Järfälla, Jönköping, Karlstad, Kista, Kungsbacka, Landskrona, Liljeholmen, Linköping, Lund, Länna, Nacka strand, Sigtuna, Skellefteå, Skärholmen, Solna, Sundbyberg, Sundsvall, Södertälje, Tyresö, Täby, Upplands Väsby, Uppsala, Umeå, Värmdö, Älvsjö, Årsta, Örebro and Östersund. The organisation also operates several schools in Spain.

- Please replace: Barbara Bergström is chairman of the IES Holding company, with Jan Hummel and Carola Lemne as board members. Carola Lemne is chairman of the board of the operational company, IES AB. CEO is Lars Jonsson .[6]
The company has around 3,000 employees. Its headquarters is located in Täby, just north of Stockholm.
With: Claes Österlin is chairman of the IES Holding company, with Jan Hummel and Barbara Bergström as board members. Ralph Riber is chairman of the board of the operational company, IES AB. CEO is Lars Jonsson .[6]
The company has around 3,600 employees. Its headquarters is located in Danderyd, just north of Stockholm.:

- Thanks for looking into it and for your questions, you can see the address for head office in the footer of www.engelska.se, over to the right.
- Sorry for any confusion, I wasn’t trying to use this as the source for Mr Österlin, just for the head office address. At the same trying to update the old information about the holding company board (if that needs to be in here, I am not sure how much it adds), I’m also not sure the source that was used when this was added to the entry.
- If having information about the holdings company board is desirable, and since I don’t think it is possible to source from Bolagsverket (paywall), would Ratsit be an acceptable source?
