Brown butter until medium gold and set aside to cool. **See note below.

Preheat oven to 350℉ and prep 2 loaf pans by spraying with nonstick baking spray.

Whisk together the dry ingredients together to make sure there are no lumps.
3 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt
Pour melted butter over the top and blend with a stand/hand mixer until it forms small lumps resembling damp sand.
In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients. Pour on top of the dry ingredients and mix on medium speed until a thick batter forms. Gently mix in the chocolate chips, reserving a few for the top if you want.
3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, ¾ cup milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla
Bake for 50-55 minutes until the bread is deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then dump and finish cooling on a wire rack.
