Swag Illustration OR “Create Together” Promo Asset
US$1,250
OVERVIEW
Adobe brings the world’s creatives together at countless community activations and events, big and small. We want one signature illustration that captures that electricity—then could live happily on posters, hoodies, stickers, totes, notebooks and whatever else we dream up. The final art should feel like the moment the keynote lights drop: equal parts happiness, collaboration and “I-just-had-the-best-idea” adrenaline.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The next generation of creative professionals! Creatives who live in the jump-cut between university briefs, job applications and 2 a.m. Behance drops and critiques, and IRL meet-ups. They’re multi-hyphenate: photographer-animators, UI-ceramists, 3D-gif-meme lords, makers who want gear that screams “I’m in the squad” the second they step into a studio or lecture hall or Discord session. Think about what would resonate with this audience and deliver a visual that sparks excitement even on the hundredth scroll!

--------------SELECT OPTION A/B--------------
[OPTION A: SWAG ILLUSTRATION]
SCOPE
The selected illustrator/Graphic Designer will:
1. Concept 2–3 written or rough-sketch directions that weave everyday Adobe tools (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae, Substance, XD, Lightroom, etc.) into a single celebratory scene.
2. Produce one final vector illustration (RGB master + CMYK alternate) optimised for both screen and merch.
3. Deliver a layered source file (AI or PSD), a flat 600-dpi PNG, and one 3-colour screen-print separation.
4. Include 1-2 rounds of revisions.
5. Provide a mini style sheet (palette + typography pairings) so internal teams can extend the look to social posts or slide decks.
SPECS/DELIVERABLES
- Poster: 18 × 24 in, 300 dpi
- T-shirt / hoodie: max 12 × 16 in, 300 dpi, ≤ 4 spot colours for screen print

[OPTION B: “CREATE TOGETHER” PROMO ASSET FOR THE ADOBE CREATIVE APPRENTICESHIP]
SCOPE
Build a 15-sec looping MP4 or GIF (1080 × 1080 px) that teases and promotes the programme and reflects its vibe: You can use type, a quote or phrase, illustrations, or shapes to design a cool looping animation that keeps viewers engaged. Could include tools, colour bursts, hands swapping a stylus, cursor clicking into a splash of Adobe brand gradient—then resolves with a phrase of your choice. Think: Behance thumbnail, Instagram story, Discord banner, big-screen loop between conference talks.
DELIVERABLES
- 15-sec MP4 + GIF (looped).
- Also, an 1080 × 1080 frame grab for static posts.
- One editable After Effects or Photoshop file (no plug-ins).
CREATIVE FREEDOM
- Gradients, glows, 3-D, pixel-art, cel-animation all welcome.
- Abstract tools only, no UI screenshots.
- End on Adobe Creative Apprenticeship lockup (will be provided).
- Sound optional (royalty-free).
-----------------------------------------------------
BUDGET
$1250 - This includes all creative work, file exports, revisions, and communication. Payment will be made upon final delivery of approved assets.
HUMAN-MADE CREATIVITY
We love seeing original, human-made creativity shine through in all commissioned work created with Adobe tools. While generative AI can be a helpful part of the creative process, it should only play a supporting role—unless the project brief specifically says otherwise. All AI-assisted elements must be transparently disclosed.
