Penn State's Office of Student Aid administers federal, state, and institutional financial aid and scholarship programs for undergraduate, graduate, law, and medical students.

The office has staff and resources at each campus location to assist students with questions.

Submit Documents

Any student with an active/valid Penn State Account has access to use the upload application to submit documents. Parents are not eligible for a Penn State account.

Combine all documents into a single PDF file before uploading. Other file formats will not work with the application.

If you are a parent or a student who has not been assigned a Penn State Account, you will need to mail or fax your documentation to University Park. Penn State University Park students also have the option to drop off their forms at the Enrollment Services Center, Shields Building Lobby.
