These are great for ALL math classes and some Science classes, too. What students wouldn't want to graph on a brightly colored sticky note to put on their HW or notes? or to include in an Interactive Notebook?
- There are so many ideas to use these in math classes. A few ideas: Have one group of students graph some functions on the notes that your class is studying It could be anything from lines to conics. They stick them on a sheet of paper and pass them to the next group who has to determine which function is which. Great for transformations!
Have a scavenger hunt. Make graphs, leave them around the room and have the students match them up with equations written on a white board. Use the line graphs for greater than and less than examples, absolute value inequalities, and interval notation. The polar graphs and trig graphs are perfect for trig, and the bell curve is great for that Statistics unit.
You can even put a graph on a test before you photocopy it for a perfect graph. The possibilities are endless. I certainly hope you like this product and requests are gladly taken for more templates.
