AYURVEDIC SYSTEM ?
Ayurveda or Ayurvedic medicine is an
ancient system of health care that is native to
the Indian subcontinent.

1. PANCHA MAHABHUTA THEORY
Five Elements are-
a. Bhumi (Earth)

d. Pavan (Air or Wind)
e. Akasha (Aether)
2. TRI-DOSHA THEORY
Three Body Humors Are-
a. Vata: Air and Ether
b. Pitta: Fire and Water
c. Kapha: Water and Earth
3. SAPTA-DHATU THEORY
Seven Body Tissues are
Rasa - Final Metabolic Juice and Plasma
Rakta – Blood
