A Slovakian goulash a little different from the classic one, prepared with pieces of goulash beef, chickpeas, a spicy sausage, a couple of medium-sized onions, 4 cloves of garlic, oil, salt, ground black pepper, ground paprika, cumin ground, a glass of Soberana brandy, 1/2 dcl of milk, a large carrot, and 4 medium-sized potatoes.
Serve with a warmed baguette, brushed with a drizzle of oil and garlic
