Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cup protein pasta
• 3 tilapia fillets
• 1 cup alfredo sauce
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• juice from half a lemon
• 1/2 cup green peas
• seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, each seasoning, salt, & Montreal chicken seasoning)
Instructions:
• Boil the noodles in water
• Add a little oil to a pan and once hot (medium to medium-high heat) place tilapia in. Cook until slightly golden on one side and flip. Repeat with all pieces.
• With remaining bits in the pan, add Alfredo sauce.
• Add in the heavy cream, seasonings, lemon juice, and peas.
• Mix all together & place tilapia back in the pan with sauce.
• Serve all together.
