Make sure vodka fully covers the herb material, with an inch to spare. Cap and label. ✨ Store in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks, shaking regularly. ✨ When maceration is done, strain out the herbs and garlic, and reserve the liquid. ✨ Pour the liquid into amber glass dropper bottles. Label your tinctures and take them as needed. The standard dosage for adults is 1-2 droppersful up to 3x/day.
