10 MIN ABS/CORE🔥
Deep core workout without the hip clicks  I prefer a time based approach when training the deep core; with the approach, we can focus more on the quality of repetitions and "time under tension" (i.e. the length of time the core muscles are working) versus reaching a particular number of repetitions.  Grab a timer and set it for 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest:  Here are the details 👇  • 1️⃣ Side star plank (or elevated side star plank)  • 2️⃣ Double toe tap with yoga block squeezed between knees  • 3️⃣ Alternating side sit through (or bear hand-opposite knee taps)  Repeat the circuit 3-4 times through.
