How to QUICKLY get butter to room temperature for baking
Ingredients 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)  8 mozzarella cheese cubes (or string cheese pieces)  4 tbsp melted butter  2 garlic cloves, minced  1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)  ¼ tsp salt  ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional topping)   Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.  Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Fold and seal to form a ball.  In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.  Brush garlic butter over each dough ball and place on the tray, seam side down.  Sprinkle with shredded cheddar if using.  Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.  Serve warm for maximum cheesy goodness!
