Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
 • Tomatoes 6 to 7 Medium Size
 • Onion 1 Medium Size (Finely Chopped)
 • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
 • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
 • Spicy Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
 • Curry Leaves 6 to 7
 • Sugar 1tsp
 • Salt to taste
 • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
 • Take a Vessel, add water and whole Tomatoes 6 to 7 in it. Blanch the tomatoes, remove skin of the tomatoes and make puree of it. Now take a kadai, put Oil, add Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp, Curry Leaves 6 to 7, stir fry. Add Finely Chopped Onion, stir fry it. Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp, Spicy Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp, stir well. Later add Tomato puree. Reduce the tomato puree by stirring on a high gas flame, in between add Sugar 1tsp, Salt to taste. When it reduce,Tomato Chutney is ready to serve. Have it with
