1️⃣ Easy Overnight Bread Rolls 👨🏼‍🍳

Making these rolls at home couldn’t be easier, just mix the dough the day before, cut into pieces and bake! 🤤 Here is what you need:

RECIPE (8 rolls)
- 350 g all purpose flour (or more whole wheat flour)
- 150 g whole wheat/spelt flour
- 370 g water
- 4 g instant yeast (or 12 g fresh yeast)
- 10 g salt

- mixed seeds as topping
⠀
❶ Mix all ingredients for the dough until no dry spots remain. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
❷ Stretch & fold the dough once, then cover and let it rest in the fridge overnigh
5.7K reactions · 150 shares | I’ve been making these dinner rolls for YEARS and use them all the time— it’s a flake family staple! We also use this same dough and turn it into our sandwich bread!

Here’s the recipe:
2 tbsp active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar or honey
1/2 cup melted butter
6 1/2 cups flour

Mix the wet ingredients together and then slowly incorporate the flour until a dough ball forms and is no longer sticky. Knead for 2-3 mins until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hrs, until double. Punch down and shape into 32 rolls. Place on a sheet pan and cover, let rise for another 30 mins or so until puffy. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins, until golden brown! | The Flake Homestead | Facebook

1 can Coconut Cream (15 oz) equivalent to 1 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon Salt
