 • 1 tbsp ground cumin
 • 1 unit onion red
 • 4 cloves garlic
 • 1 tbsp sesame toasted
 • ¼ cup water chilled
 • salt to taste
 • ½ tsp baking soda

For the Falafel:


 • 1cup dried chickpeas
 • ½ onion, finely chopped
 • 1 clove garlic
 • 1 tbsp parsley
 • 1½ tbsp coriander
 • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
 • ½ tsp ground cumin
 • ½ tsp ground coriander
 • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
 • ½ tsp baking powder
 • ½ tsp sesame seeds
 • 3 tbsp water
 • 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour
 • 1 litre vegetable oil, for deep-frying
 • Salt to taste

For the TZATZIKI:


 • plain greek yogurt
 • 1 lime
 • 1/2 cucumber
 • chili powder
 • 2 tbsp olive oil
 • salt and pepper to taste

For the Salad:


 • 1/4 purple cabbage
 • 1/2 tomato
 • 1/2 cucumber

For the Sandwich:


 • pita bread
 • falafel
 • tzatziki
 • salad
 • coriander sprigs
 • mint

Super easy and quick falafel wraps🌯 These are perfect for a lunch or dinners on the go!

Ingredients (2 servings)
 • Falafel:
 • 400g canned chickpeas
 • 4 tbsp chickpea water
 • 1 red onion
 • 4 garlic cloves
 • 0.5 cup fresh basil
 • 0.5 tbsp cumin
 • 0.5 tbsp paprika
 • 0.5 tbsp ground coriander
 • 1 pinch Salt & pepper to taste

Assemble:
 • 4 big tortillas
 • 0.5 cucumber
 • 2 tomatoes
 • 2 cups spinach
 • 4 tbsp hummus
 • 1 tbsp sriracha

Steps: 
 • 1. Ground the chickpeas along with the chickpea water in a food processor, it should still have some texture!
 • 2. Add the ground chickpeas to a bowl along with finely chopped onion and garlic.
 • 3. Add the cumin, paprika, fresh basil, ground coriander, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix well and shape into small falafel balls. If you
