I am pleased with this version on a black background. Shot with a 60mm macro EF-S lens at f/2.8, 1/40sec hand-held, ISO800 - through a glass display case. Photoshop to replace the background Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds Collection; 16th century, full face parade helmet. This helmet was made in Innsbruck between 1511-1514 by the master armourer Konrad Seusenhofer, and is all that survives of an armour presented by the Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I to King Henry VIII of England. see...
