• 6 cloves Garlic

• 2 cups Kidney beans, cooked

• 2 Onions, medium

• 1 cup Sweet peppers, yellow, and/or orange red

• 2 cans Tomatoes

Condiments

• 3 tbsp Honey

Baking & Spices

• 3 shakes Black pepper

• 4 tbsp Chili powder

• 1 tbsp Cocoa powder

• 2 tsp Paprika

• 1 tbsp Sea salt, unrefined

Nuts & Seeds

• 1 tbsp Cumin

Dairy

• 3 tbsp Butter
