20min · 7 servings Filling • 24 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out very well. • 1/3 cup cream cheese ( add more cheese if you like) • 1/2 cup feta cheese • 1/4 cup parmesan • 1/4 cup fresh dill • salt to taste • black pepper to taste • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon red crushed pepper • 1/4 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted I used the @athens_foods phyllo dough 16 ounce box and I only used one bag. Please make sure when using the phyllo sheets to have it covered with a clean towel between each use to make sure the sheets do not get dry. Instructions 1.
