• 2 1/2 cups Powdered sugar
• 1 tsp Sea salt
• 2 tsp Vanilla
Dairy
• 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 4 tbsp Butter, salted
• 1/4 cup Cream
Prepared
• 1 tbsp Sourdough starter
Other
• 1/4 cup and 1 Tablespoon (60g) white granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup (200g) sweet levain (can substitute with active 100% sourdough starter but taste may be more sour)
