Seafood Lovers Valentine’s Day Sheet Pan Dinner for 2
For Salmon:
1 lb salmon, cut into 3-4 portions
• Salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and paprika to taste (about 1 tsp each)
Sear in olive oil first on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until blackened then transfer to sheet tray
For Shrimp:
• 12 pieces of large shrimp, butterflied
• Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp garlic, minced
For Au gratin potatoes:
• 4 small butter potatoes peeled & sliced thinly into rounds
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt & pepper to taste
Top with gruyere cheese at the end
For creamed spinach:
• 1/3 cup Heavy cream
• 2 oz Cream cheese
• 1 tbsp garlic, minced
• 2/3 cup Gruyere cheese
• 1/3 cup Mozzar
