It seems a bit silly to me to write this recipe…I grew up in St Louis and Toasted Ravioli (also known as T-Ravs) are on every menu in every restaurant and in every frozen food section. But here I am in Los Angeles for the last 10 years, and missing my favorite New Years Eve appetizer. The great thing is….they are so easy to recreate! Start off with some homemade or frozen ravioli, bread them, and then fry or bake!
