Urinary complications after kidney transplantation include urine leaks, urinary obstruction, and hematomas. Urinary obstruction most commonly occurs within the first 6 months after transplantation at the site where the ureter is implanted into the bladder, due to issues like ischemia, rejection, or technical errors.
