Store bought food items come in all sizes of odd shaped jars. Reusing these jars to pressure can homemade products like Vegan Beans is a great way to get cost effective, healthy, home made food on the pantry shelf. As a further exploration into reusing odd shaped jars, I reuse quart size odd shaped glass jars in my pressure canner. Will they blow up? Or, at the end of it will I have seven jars of Vegan Beans.
