6-7 small boiled potatoes cubed
1 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 medium onion sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 green chilli sliced
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon methi/mustard seeds
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 red dry chilly
1 teaspoon turmeric
Coriander for garnish
Add in salt & pepper to curd. Next add in the potato, onions and green chillies and lemon juice. Mix together everything
Next heat the oil, add in the methi/mustard seeds with red chilly, ngrated ginger and turmeric. Add in the tadka to the potato mix and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice or roti
