Retro Dance Theme
This is a good way to decorate a large wall. I took plastic table covers for the top part of the back drop and made my own sillohuetes. The most expensive part was the bottom border which I bought at the local party store for $15. The whole wall cost about $30 and it made a great backdrop for pictures.
