Gujarati Kadi Recipe 😍
Here’s what you will need for Kadhi for 2-3 people :
• ⭐️ 1 cup Dahi (don’t use dahi that’s extra sour, a medium one is okay).
• ⭐️ 2 tbsp Besan.
• ⭐️ 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste.
• ⭐️ Salt to taste.
• ⭐️ Approx 1.5 cups water.
• ⭐️ 1.5 tsp ghee.
• ⭐️ 1/2 tsp oil.
• ⭐️ 1 tsp rai (mustard seeds).
• ⭐️ 1 tsp methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)(essential, do not skip).
• ⭐️ 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds).
• ⭐️ 1 dry red chilli (optional).
• ⭐️ 2 cloves (laung).
• ⭐️ A small piece of cinnamon (cut into two) (dalchini) (optional).
• ⭐️ 5-6 fresh curry leaves (kadi patta).
• ⭐️ 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida).
• ⭐️ 2 tsp sugar or as per taste.
• ⭐️ Some fresh coriander leaves to add inside and also for garnish.
