If there were an award for "Hardest to Dress", tween girls would be the clear winners. They're too old for cutesy little-girl clothing, but still too young for even some of the outfits marketed to teens. They want to be on top of their fashion game (because let's face it, the tween years are hard enough without worrying that your clothes are uncool), but as parents, we're still the ones ultimately making the choices — i.e., the folks with the wallets. And there just aren't that many options...
