Ingredients Needed
• powdered sugar
• meringue powder
• cold water

I'm making royal icing roses which will go on Valentine's Day sugar cookies. They're made with royal icing (powdered sugar, meringue powder and water) and food coloring.

I used a Wilton 104 tip and a flower nail. Parchment paper cut into small squares and they dry overnight before adding to cookies. Use whatever colors you want.
