Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
Fresh pineapple slices & toasted coconut (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a bowl, mix cake mix, pineapple, coconut, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 min, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Whisk powdered sugar and milk into a glaze and drizzle over cooled cake. Garnish with pineapple slices and toasted coconut for a tropical touch! 🍰🌴
