• 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

• 1 tbsp Cinnamon

• 2 tsp Cornstarch

• 1 tsp Cream of tartar

• 1 11/16 cup Granulated sugar

• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Dairy

• 12 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Liquids

• 6 tbsp Water
