Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
Preparation: Toast the bread. Spread the peanut butter on the toast and top with banana slices. Sprinkle with chia seeds or flaxseeds if desired.
If you are allergic to nuts, try sunflower butter!
