PANEER TIKKA SKEWERS
Ingredients: I just eyeball everything
• Bell pepper (use a variety of colors), diced large
• Red onion, diced large
• Paneer, cubed
• Plain yogurt (I used homemade dahi)
• Green chili-ginger-garlic paste
• Coriander powder
• Chaat masala
• Red chili powder
• Garam masala
• Salt
• Lemon juice
Let's Make It:
1. In a bowl combine yogurt, green chili-ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice (I just went based off taste and adjusted as needed) Mix well.
2. Pour the marinade over the bell peppers, onion and paneer in a large dish. Toss to coat, use your hand it works so much better. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. The longer it marinades the bette
