✨ One Pot Spicy Mac & Cheese ✨
Mac & Cheese is the ultimate comfort food but this spicy version of it is all things wholseome, delicious and just what you crave after a long day!
Recipe:
• - 1 tbsp oil
• - 1 tbsp chopped garlic
• - 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• - 3/4 tbsp tomato paste
• - 1 tbsp oregano
• - 2.5 cups macaroni
• - 4 cups water
• - Salt to taste
• - 1/2 cup milk
• - 2 tbsp fresh cream
• - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
• - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
🧀 Top it off with toasted panko breadcrumbs & fried garlic & basil leaves.
🧀 You can replace elbow macaroni with any other type of pasta and add veggies to add some colour and crunch!
