NIGERIAN BEEF SKEWER (SUYÁ)

Nigerian beef suya made of sirloin beef marinated for 14 or more hours. Marinated with: Garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, pepper, paprika, bouillon powder, onion powder, curry and vegetable oil. Soak the skewer sticks in water overnight for easy usage. Put meat on stick and grill in the oven for 20 minutes, flip after 10 minutes of grilling. Garnish with cucumbers, tomatoes and onions for a delicious taste
