• 100 g Dried apricots

• 150 g Figs, dried

• 75 g Glace cherries, dark

• 2 Oranges, juice and zest

• 350 g Raisins or currants

• 350 g Sultanas

• 6 Eggs

Condiments

• 100 g Ginger in syrup

Baking & Spices

• 350 g Muscovado sugar, soft

• 175 g Self-raising flour

• 1 tsp Spice, mixed

• 250 g Suet

Bread & Baked Goods

• 250 g Breadcrumbs, fresh

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 150 ml Brandy

• 2 Old sixpences or coins (optional)
