New York Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
Crust:
• 2 cups graham crumbs
• ½ cup butter, melted
• ¼ cup sugar
Filling:
• 32 oz cream cheese
• 1½ cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• ⅓ cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla 1. Make graham crust
Instructions :
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar
3. Add eggs one at a time
4. Add cream and vanilla
5. Bake in water bath
6. 325°F, 75 minutes
7. Cool slowly in oven
