I love spicy instant ramen, but today I had no stock at home, so I had to make something spicy and savory for my cravings and because it was my breakfast I had a coffee as well, it helped me with the heat🔥
Ingredients
• Sesame oil
• garlic cloves
• ginger
• onion
• black pepper
• chilli flakes
• salt
• peanut butter
• soy sauce
• siracha
• chilli vinegar
• boiled noodles
Recipe
• In a pan, saute chopped ginger, garlic and onion till golden brown.
• Add 1/2 tsp peanut butter, sprinkle some black pepper, chilli flakes and salt as per you taste, I added 2-3 tsp chilli flakes.
• Add the 1 tsp each of the sauces and 1 tsp vinegar.
• Add boiled noodles to this delicious spicy concoction along with some noodle water.
