Moringa leaves Pachadi aka Chutney
Ingredients:
Fresh moringa leaves 250gms
1 onion roughly chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 red chilli whole
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1.5 tbsp coconut powder
1 stick of curry leaves
Salt
Tamarind paste (gooseberry size)
Method :
Heat oil in a pan
Add dry red chilli, garlic cloves , urad and chana dal, roast it for few seconds.
Now add onion, let is cook partially.
Add curry leaves
Add moringa leaves
Add tamarind paste
Salt
Add coconut powder
Cook it for 5-6 minutes.
(Making sure the moringa leaves are not burned)
Now let them cool down
Add this into mixer and make fine paste.
Do not add water to this.
Enjoy it with rice.
