Instructions: 1. In a saucepan, combine the mango pulp, cream, milk, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add the chopped nuts, cardamom powder, and rose essence. Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down. 4. Grease a 6-inch round cake tin and pour the prepared mixture into it. 5. Place the tin in the freezer and freeze it for at least 6 hours.
