TIPS
• I learned that there are varying directions all over the place. I think it really depends on your oven temp and how accurate it is. It took me a couple batches to get it right BUT it was so worth it to get the perfect crispy bites.
• try thinner pieces of salami. I used the thin big ones from the Trader Joe’s 3 packs which worked much better than the Columbus low sodium salami that was much thicker.
• @foodmymuse used a higher temp so check out her directions too because they might work better for you and your oven.
