Ingredients:
• 8 oz of ricotta cheese
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons of parsley
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 2 cups of Italian shredded cheese
• One egg
• One box of cooked jumbo size
• Meat sauce
Directions:
• cook your jumbo noodles when Don removed from the water and sat on a dish to dry out a little bit
• Make your meat sauce, we use spaghetti sauce, added some Italian seasonings and ground beef
• Combine your cheese ingredients, and mix set aside
• Spread some meat sauce on the bottom of your casserole dish
• Then use a piping bag to fill your cheese mixture in to put in each of your shells
• When you’re done filling the shells sprinkle with more of your Italian cheese
• Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes
