Impossible Coconut Pie – the easiest pie I’ve ever made! Only takes 5 minutes to make. Simply dump everything in the blender and blend. Pour the mixture into a pie plate and bake. Easy Peasy! Bisquick, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, butter, and coconut. Top the pie with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or fresh fruit. Great for parties, cookouts, and potlucks.
