This hot cocoa recipe is so decadent and easy to make—perfect for the Holidays!✨ Also, a cute way to top your cocoa using vegan whipped cream!
Ingredients I used
• 2 cups, full fat oat milk (or plant milk of choice)
• 2 TBsp, vegan chocolate chips
• 2 + 1/2 TBsp, unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 TBsp, pure vanilla extract
• 2 TBsp + 1 tsp, organic cane sugar
• Pinch of salt*optional*
Add milk to sauce pan, once warmed up—add the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, & whisk well. Taste—Bring to a soft boil & turn off. Add vanilla extract, mix..enjoy!
