5 fillets of choice (tilapia, trout, bass, etc.)
• 2 red peppers
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1 lemon juice
• 3 bunches of basil
• 1/2 tbsp turmeric
• 1/2 tbsp black pepper
• 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp spicy stuff
1/4 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 350F
• Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
• Chop up all ingredients and mix together
• Generously spread the salsa on top of each fillet
• Bake for 20 minutes
