Jello Spritz Cookies

My infatuation with Jello continues... I just had to whip up some Jello Spritz Cookies as soon as I saw them! My cookies were tinted pink/purple by Black Cherry Jello and they had the faint flavor of Cherry Jello, imagine that:@) I did add more red food coloring.
