Ingredients:
• 2 inch piece of ginger, grated.
• A few pieces of turmeric root, grated.
• 1 oz. lemon juice,
• 4 oz. honey. I use @natureswayfarm honey and top my tea with @drinkdona turmeric spice dust.
Instructions:
• Pour ginger, honey, turmeric and lemon juice in layers into jar, let stand for overnight to 48 hours, shaking occasionally.
• Strain honey into a new jar and store in the fridge.
• Just add a few tablespoons of the honey infusion to hot water, and enjoy.
• You can eat the grated ginger and turmeric pieces, or add them to your tea if you don’t mind floaty fibers.
